From Change Management to Change Leadership

Interesting article on change leadership vs. change management.  Really appreciate the discussion around how most management principles employed today grew from the industrial revolution, when labor was the primary resource driving the economy. 

Article explains, during this time there was a lack of organizational management theories, so much of what was developed came from military principles… hence, command-and-control work environments.  However, it doesn’t really work in a knowledge-driven economy because it stifles creativity (just as one example).
